In compliance with our Constitution and By-Laws, we hold an Annual General Meeting of our membership within 90 days of our year end.  If we need to have any additional membership meetings, we will notify them at least 30 days in advance of an Extraordinary General Meeting.

As of September 2021, we voted to change our fiscal year from July 1 to June 30 to January 1 to December 31.  The half year, July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 is considered a transition year.

Our next AGM is Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 2:00 pm AT via an online Zoom meeting.
